Return Requests

Ostler Equestrian honors returns and exchanges requested within 30 days of the ship date. Merchandise must be sent back within 15 days of the return request. Merchandise must include all original packaging and not be worn, washed, or altered in any way. Merchandise that appears to be worn and not in its original/sellable condition may result in a delayed refund/exchange, or may not qualify for a refund or exchange. In these cases, the item(s) will be returned to you.
International orders are not eligible for return or exchange at this time.

We cannot accept merchandise that has been damaged. If an item arrives with defects, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Please note: Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
